Gallery hours are Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central time, and until 9 p.m. on Monday and Thursday evenings. If you prefer, you may mail or fax your order to us, and we will contact you if necessary. Methods of Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as well as personal checks. Shipping Shipping charges for standard print orders are $10 per shipment within the Continental United States. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. All prints are shipped “loosely rolled” in heavy-gauge 5-inch diameter mailing tubes. In our experience, not only are flat shipping methods far more costly, but they are also more prone to damage in transit. Please use care in removing the print(s) from the tube and handle the contents as little as possible. In fact, we recommend that you take the tube directly to a reputable framing professional in your area. Other items will be shipped in the most appropriate manner, and you will be charged the actual shipping cost. About the Limited Edition Prints Most Vickery limited editions consist of 950 signed and numbered prints plus 25 artist proof prints. Artist proofs, when available, are an additional $100. Mastertouch Canvases are available for most scenes at a cost of $300 above the price of the print. Since these canvases are produced individually in small numbers, some scenes must be ordered. If this is the case, please allow an additional 4-6 weeks. About Sizes Image sizes refer to the dimensions of the image itself—excluding the title, border, and matting. Please do not use these sizes to order framing. This should be calculated by a framer who can properly examine and measure your print. To determine an approximate framed size, a good rule-of-thumb is to add 10-14 inches to the image sizes shown (this assumes the border, mat, and frame would have a width of 5-7 inches on each of the four sides). Mastertouch Canvases are typically framed with linen liners (which are narrower than mats), so the overall size is usually a few inches smaller than that of the standard print—even though the size of the image itself is the same in either case. Return Policy With the exception of most custom framing orders, you may return or exchange any item in new, salable condition within 30 days of purchase. The original shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund. Other things you should know Please be aware that while we intend for them to be as accurate as possible, many of the images on this website are likely to differ colorwise from the actual limited edition prints. If you are ever disappointed with the actual item, let us know immediately so that we can arrange for you to return it.
